QUESTION 4: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is completed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

QUESTION 5: Can I modify or cancel my booking?

(Policy applies only to bookings made through our official website)

Free cancellation if you cancel at least 3 days before your check-in date → 100% refund.

Cancellation on the check-in day or no-show → no refund.

No refund after check-in.

If you fail to cancel within the allowed period, a one-night room fee will be charged as the cancellation fee.
